I. Shopping Guide on the Website

Step 1: Visit the website http://tanbaocorp-agritech.vn and browse the products you need in the PRODUCTS section.

Step 2: Select the product and quantity, then click “Add to Cart” to continue shopping, or click “Buy Now” to proceed to checkout.

Step 3: After selecting all desired products, click the Cart icon in the top-right corner of the screen. Review the products and quantities in your cart and choose a suitable payment method.

Step 4: Click CONFIRM ORDER after completing all required information.

Step 5: A Tan Bao AgTech staff member will contact you by phone to confirm and process your order.

II. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Methods

• Our staff will deliver the goods directly to customers.

• Or we cooperate with third-party courier services (express delivery) to deliver goods to customers.

2. Details

Delivery by company staff

• Within a 5 km radius, our staff will deliver directly to customers.

• After confirming the order and delivery information, Tan Bao AgTech will package the goods and hand them over to the carrier within 24 hours.

Our goal is to process orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Customers usually receive their orders within:

• 2–5 business days for intra-provincial and nearby regions.

• 3–7 business days for inter-regional or remote areas.

After payment authorization, processing and delivery may take up to 5 business days.
These are estimated times and do not include weekends or public holidays.

• Shipping fee: to be agreed upon by both parties.

Third-party courier services

• Nationwide delivery.

• We select reputable express delivery partners to deliver goods to customers.

• Delivery time depends on the service standards of the courier provider.

• Shipping fee: according to the courier’s charges. Customers pay the shipping fee unless otherwise agreed.

3. General Policies

• Customers must inspect goods before receipt. After signing to confirm full delivery, we are not responsible for shortages or subsequent complaints.

• Payment method: as agreed between the parties.

• Warranty policy: according to the warranty terms attached to the contract (if any).

• Goods will be accompanied by a warranty card (if any), product information, and other related documents (if applicable).

• VAT invoices will be issued by TAN BAO SAIGON CORPORATION and sent to the customer’s email.

• In case of delivery delays, we will notify customers via email and phone. If a refund is requested, it will be processed accordingly.
